With a thickness of only 0.25mm, the 161 LPI lenticular sheet is extremely thin. The 161 LPI lenticular sheet match the resolution of modern CTP equipment well. 

This lens design is perfectly adapted to the needs of the packaging industry, where very thin plastic sheeting is often required (images inserted in DVD boxes^). The near future will see new applications with this lens like magazine covers^

Several factors of making a good three-dimensional painting

1. A good 3D picture has a high demand for materials and production method. The correct choice of lenticular lens materials and accurately setting raster parameters ensure the effect of raster image
2. Choosing materials according to the density of the lenticular lens and the size of the image.
3. The original material requires high resolution, high pixels and high definition. If you design by yourself, picture composition is creative, sense of hierarchy is strong, theme is prominent, color is bright and generous and light comparison is strong.
4.In late post-process, you should adjust properly depth of field and parallax, if the parallax is big, 3D image is obscure, if the parallax is small, 3D sense is weak.
5. Finally when pasting pictures, please guarantee that the pasting face is clean, picture screen and  lenticular lens can be matched accurately.
