Cold lamination machine use and maintenance methods
 First, the preparatory work

 Second, the two commonly used laminating methods:
 Method One (applicable Zhang format)
 1, the film placed in the middle roller, tune down the plastic shaft, hold the film head, feeling loose lifting hand wheel position is pressed (note do not tighten down handwheel, otherwise easy to blister).
 2, turn the power adjustment switch c on "forward" position, b in foot position, d in the low speed position.
 3, lift film, pull to the rear to make leveled (excessive force deformation), so that film fall naturally into the screen.
 4, depress the switch so the picture sent forward slowly.
 5, if the framed painting, film width is too narrow, must be placed in a central location roller mounted, framed foaming in two locations.

Method Two (for large, elongated frame)
 Cut one with the picture as big as cold laminating film, or membrane around the size of a small gesture 2 mm.
 A painting under the membrane, the membrane toward the end of paper screens, neatly stacked;
 2, raised rubber roller, painting and film together into the rubber roller 25 ~ 30 cm or so, down to the hand wheel roller bit loose until pressed painting and film;
 3, the film lifted back, exposing the end of the paper, according to the axis HY cut approximately 8 cm.

 5, re-pressed with a roller mounted on the film screen has been the head;
 6, anti-backwards from the cold laminating film, lift the end of paper sheet of paper, roll up the end of paper, switch c turned forward, depress the switch, so draw forward mounted, side mounted side roll up the end of paper, using the end of the paper tension lying, the film to reach does not bubble wrinkle purposes.
 (Note: When e handwheel pull out, it can be manually operated; when E inward and slowly turned to Karu Ka mouth so that the handwheel does not rotate, it can be electrically operated)

Manual / automatic laminating machine maintenance methods
 First, the maintenance method:
 1, an upper shaft height (clearance R hand, while small) can be repeated adjusting screw H correction bias.
 2, if a transfer is not up, it may be in transit (K, I, Q, M points) screws loose.
 Second, use:
 1, A to adjust the upper roller lifting wheel, when Biaohua tune when pressed on the shaft G, A hand wheel is a loose sense of the pressure best bit, if A hand wheel pressure is too large, mounting wrinkle easily.
 2, F for the clutch control hand wheel, when using automatic manipulation, the F Push the card into the gear wheel; When manual manipulation, F wheel pull to shake.
 3, B is the power at the beginning, C control forward / backward, D is inching pedal control, E is the governor.
 Third, the tripod mounting direction
