Currently, 3D printing technology and market development has the following features:

 1.Professional software and ordinary image software coexist

       3D printing softwares are constantly introduced into the domestic market. It is observed that professional softwares entering into the market is a big breakthrough of 3D printing technology, such as, human eyes of Israel, the 3d4u of USA, etc, although a lot of professional manufacture softwares already appeared, overall because the professional software cost is higher, many ordinary image software (such as Photoshop, etc.) is popular with 3D printing enterprises.

 2. The back of grating can directly be printed 

        With the maturity and development of UV offset printing technology application. Many equipment manufacturers promote various types of UV offset press. We can use offset press to print in the printed plastic material, such as  Heidelberg, MAN Roland, KBA, Komori , etc, have launched UV offset press. Before, we used the ordinary offset printer to print the grating imags on high-grade pages, then pasted them with grating by adhesives. Dueto the high accuracy of 3D printing, its technology is more difficult for us to master, with high rejection rate. With the development of UV offset equipment, printing can be directl y in the back of grating, therefore, 3D printing could have a mass production, the accura cy of the products will be improved further.
