It is very difficult to make quality evaluation of the lenticular lens board. Zhuote is willing to cooperate with other peers to set up the standard for the quality evaluation of lenticular lens. Formerly, the quality mainly boils down to material, mould, acuity of blade, amplitude of the operation machine and the ratio of thelenticular lens thickness between the grid pitch. Together, it shoul be valued from the following aspects:

1.          Stereo sense plays a major role in the stereo materials, without which, other things are useless. Lenticular lens with the same lpi also give different stereo senses. This demands the users to choose manufactures with a good reputation and strong technical strength.

2.          Transparency(also called light transmission): when pasted with the picture, the transparency of the material determines the clarity of the stereo image,lenticular lens with a better quality can make the combination of the lenticular lens and graph technique better ,and achieve an effect of transparency and vividness.

3.          Verticality: good lenticular lens  should be vertical from the top  down. Any bending should be avoided,  since bending lenticular lens may cause halo and image sheering.

4.          Variable visual angle: take a position on the stereo image as a viewing center , when moving one eye, the picture would leap many times, the moving angle between two leaps is the variable visual angle. It is more comfortable when the angle becomes larger, while the largeness of the angle always means the decrease of the stereo sense, the variable visual angle doesn’t necessarily mean the angle of vision of the stereo image ,which is always at 90 degrees.
